We have partnered with TuyaSmart for high security and the app is available on Androids and Apple devices. Also, with our recent update, you can share the devices with as many users as possible but that might affect the latency. Currently, only 2 users can log in at the same time. ( Latest Information  Update: Oct 2020 )

Simply insert the microSD card into the camera and playback based on the app itself. MicroSD storage can save up to 128 GB, the usage will greatly depend on the resolution quality. The better the quality, the more space it required.

Written Instructions : 

1. There is no need to reset the device as we will reset the device before sending out to you. If you failed to pair it, then you can reset it by tilting the camera lens upwards. You will see the RESET button, simply press and hold for about 8s you will hear a prompt "device reset " and the pet camera should spin one round. ( note : there won't be any green light you can ignore this ) 

2. Make sure your phone is connected to 2.4GHZ ( 5GHZ doesn't work ). Usually your house router should have dual network for 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ. Simply select 2.4ghz will do. If you are using Internet Mesh ( example ; Google Mesh , Samsung Mesh etc ) You will only have 1 SSID/Networking. Your Mesh will automatically send out signal to your phone, it could be 2.4ghz or 5ghz. This might result in fail pairing. 

3. To solve this issue, you can try pairing as per normal first. Usually, it is very simple and the pairing is done in less than 2 mins. If you are unable to pair, Shift the device and your phone far away from the router ( the furthest you can go ) This will force the Internet Mesh to send you 2.4ghz. Connect and continue the steps.

4. Make sure to turn ON Bluetooth, ON Gps Location and turn OFF Mobile Data. 

5. Try to pair using Auto Scan first as it is the easiest if unable to you can use QR code to pair. 

For QR code method, QR code will be generated on your handphone, and make sure you point your phone towards the camera’s lens for about 5 to 15s. Afterward, there should be a prompt, and the connection will start automatically. You can refer to video if unsure

• How To Record?
• Tilt-up the lens you will see a microSD card slot, insert the microSD card ( black part face upwards ) Once inserted, turn off and on the camera. You will be able to record now. 
• How To Share Device To Multiple Users?
• You can simply create a generic password to share it, if you want further security you can head to Settings > Share Device > Add Your Family User ( Your family member will need you to register the account first ) 
• Is It Safe?  
• Tuyasmart uses security encryption to ensure your account is safe.
• How to turn on night vision?
